element-ui安装

新建项目完后 点击插件--体检插件 搜elementui
点击完成安装！！！
使用管理员运行idea 在terminal 运行npm install --save element-ui
然后npm run serve 看到“if Element is successfully added to this project, you'll see an below"就成功了

把app.vue的 HelloWorld msg="Welcome to Your Vue.js App"改成
