二.IE8和VS2008冲突解决方法

1.打开注册表编辑器（RegEdit.exe）
2.找到 HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones
3.在Zones下新建一个子项，名称为“1000”（注意不要引号）
4.在"1000"里新建一个 DWORD(32位）的数值，数值名称为 1207，数值数据为 0
5.重启VS
