系统升级win11后，之前之前的接口脚本，直接报错 Max retries exceeded with url: xxxx (Caused by ProxyError('Unable to connect to proxy', PermissionError(13, 'Permission denied')))

因为代理出了问题

所以查了本地的代理，果然自动开了代理服务器，将其关闭后，即可正常请求

在网络和Internet-代理中配置即可
