修改yum源地址

打开https://developer.aliyun.com/mirror/

复制centos选项命令 

curl -o /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo https://mirrors.aliyun.com/repo/Centos-8.repo（下载一个yum镜像）
