Brief Introduction to High-pressure Grinding Mill

The system consists of main unit, powder fineness classifier, blower, finished product cyclone collector, cloth bag dust cleaner and connecting pipes. The crusher, elevator, storage room, electromagnetic vibration feeder and electric-control cabinet can be equipped when required by customers. The grinding roller assembly in the unit is hanged through the cross axle in the pressure spring functions upon the outside end of the cantilever of the roller bearing case and the cross axle forms as a support to force the rollers press tightly on the round surface inside of the roller ring. When the motor runs with a central shaft that is driven by a transmission device, the spade instlled on the spade stand rotates together with the grinding roller, which rotates also around its own axis while rotating inside of the grinding ring. Therough the transmission device, the motor drives rotate the vane wheel of the classifier. While the higher the rotating speed is, the finer particles will be classified.

Working procedure of the crusher: the lump material after being crushed is transferred to a hopper by the elevator, and fed uniformly, quantitatively and continuously by the vibration feeder into the grinding chamber of the main unit for grinding. The materials in the chamber are brought up by the spade and fed into the room between the grinding roller and ring for crushing. The blower brings the air around the unit base into the grinding chamber, and the crushed materials are brought into the classifier. The coarse particles drop for regrinding, and the qualified fine particles are inhaled through the air current into the cyclone collector. Then the particles are separated from the air current and discharged at the collecting end as finished powder. However, the air current returns back to the blower, and repeat the above-mentioned circulation.

Due to some moisture contained in the material to be pulverized in the grinding chamber, the heat resulting from grinding makes the vaporized air change the airflow volume. Moreover, the outside air inhaled from the narrow gaps of the piping connections can increase the volume of air current. In order to guarantee that the grinding machine performs under negative pressure, the increased air volume is discharged into the cloth bag dust cleaner through the redundant air pipe between the blower and main unit, and finally discharged into the air after purification.
