20100916部署更新

摘要： 1.更新资讯，增加内链2.bug fixed2.1后台上线，加入权限2.2改正404页面不能友好显示的问题2.3设置feeds目录可浏览今天在部署环节上有一个失误，没有备份原来的文件，虽然没出问题，但是要注意，下次要学着像大公司一样搞一个上线检查表，和操作步骤机械重复，不能凭个人记忆熟悉程度大家发现问题或是影响用户体验的地方请联系我，我一定尽力改正阅读全文
