Vscode Espressif IDF: ESP-IDF and tools found, configuring the extension 解决办法

Vscode Espressif IDF 扩展一直在LOADING

原因是Python pip 源的问题，修改为国内的源！(CMD 管理员模式)

pip config set global.index-url http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple 
pip config set global.trusted-host mirrors.aliyun.com
