vs2015下编译免费开源的jpeg库，ijg的jpeg.lib
1. 去Independent JPEG Group官网www.ijg.org下载jpegsrc，我下载的版本是jpegsrc9c.zip，解压源码。
2. 执行vs2015的vc命令行环境，一般在开始菜单里有，找到后点击进入。
3. 将cmd的命令目录切换到解压后的jpegsrc目录，然后执行nmake命令
NMAKE /f makefile.vs setup-v15
此时会生成vs的项目和工程文件。
4. 打开生成的jpeg.sln或者添加jpeg.vcxproj到你自己的工程里。
5. 编译。
6. 若有错误或编译问题，请参考jpeg源代码目录下的install.txt文件，搜索关键字"Microsoft Windows, Visual Studio"，可找到相应参考信息。
