lvs property errors

摘要：最近LVS碰到一次property 属性错误，发现从GDS里抽出来的mos管，和spice网表里的管子尺寸不一样，报了有3%的差距，比方gds抽出来的管子w是 0.2u，spice网表的w是0.194u，所以尺寸不一样，有3%的差距，那么可以在LVS时设置容差率在5%以内，那么LVS就可以过了 T 阅读全文
