非owner drawn使用CImageList改变Icon模式CListCtrl的Item宽度和高度

可以通过CImageList改变Icon模式CListCtrl控件的宽度和高度，

对List模式与Report模式CListCtrl控件无效。

	CImageList img;
	img.Create(50, 60, ILC_COLOR32 | ILC_MASK, 1, 1);//50是宽度，60是高度
	m_list.SetImageList(&img, LVSIL_NORMAL);
