位运算符

A = 0011 1100

B = 0000 1101

A&B 0000 1100 （11为1,10得0,有一个0则为0）

A|B 0011 1101 （00为0，有一个1，则为1）

A^B 0011 0001 （相同为0，不同为1）

~B 111 0010 （完全相反）

问：2*8怎么运算最快？

2 * 8 = 2 * 2 * 2 * 2
