bootstrap 的  优先级高于application  所以先加载

  连接gitee  好使  github  不好使

手动刷新：

config 在读取  gitee上的配置时必须  刷新一次才可以获取到修改后的数据

curl -X POST http://localhost:3355/actuator/refresh

springcloud bus 配合使用实现  ：动态刷新。

bus 配合 rabbitmq 的广播模式 实现。

定点刷新（对某个微服务进行定点刷新） ：curl -X POST "http://localhost:3344/actuator/bus-refresh/服务名：端口号”      定点刷新
