PHP进行AES/ECB/PKCS7 padding加密的例子（openssl）

上一篇文章讲到利用mcrypt对数据进行aes加密的方法，但是不支持php7.1.x版本，今天在stackoverflow上看到同样的问题，是使用openssl函数的处理方法，点击下面的链接stackoverflow查看问题，根据上面的问题整理出了一个简单的加密类，经测试完全符合业务需求，现在写出来，希望对以后的工作会有帮助。

利用openssl加密更简单，而且支持php7.1.x版本，基本可以用于所有版本的php程序。

经测试，结果和使用mcrypt加密结果一致。
