(1)change the bed 指更换床单被套

How often do you change the bed?

I usually change the bed once a week

You should change the beds at least once a fortnight.

你应该至少每2周换一次床单被罩。

(2)make the bed 指整理床铺

You should make the bed after you get up every day.

例句：

Don't forget to make your bed before you go out!

出去之前别忘了整理床铺。

(3)in bed  强调处于......状态，在睡觉

I spent the morning in bed.

(4)on the bed 强调处于......位置，在床上

I lay on the bed and looked at the ceiling.

我躺在床上，看着天花板

(5)in the bed 强调睡觉的位置，在特定的床上

例句：

My parents are sleeping in my bed

我的父母在我床上睡觉

 No one is in the bed

没有人在床上睡觉

(6)stay in bed=迟迟不起床, 睡懒觉

It is really nice for me to stay in bed at weekends.

(7)stap up的意思是迟迟不去睡觉

You guys go ahead and go to bed. I think I'll stay up for a while.

你们先去睡觉吧，我还要再呆一会儿

(8)share the bed with her/him
