Spark Streaming 整合Flume 使用Pull方式，启动Flume报错:Caused by: java.net.BindException: Cannot assign requested address: bind

原因是不能调用FlumeUtils中的createStream方法，改为createPollingStream方法即可。

createStream为push时创建stream的方法

createPollingStream才是pull时创建stream的方法
