Lock the Shortcut of a Folder to the Taskbar

How to lock the shortcut of a folder to the taskbar? Like this,

 

Let's play a petty trick. First, rename the folder as "XXX.exe", like this,

then create the shortcut for it,

and then drag it to the taskbar,

 

If you want to change the folder back to its original name, you need to use "Shift +Right Mouse Button" to the folder shortcut on taskbar, modify it in Property.

By the way, the shortcuts in the taskbar are in this folder: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar.
