归并排序

1. 从网上找到一张归并排序的图解,如下:

  可以看出,归并排序主要运用分治的思想,将要排序的数组由大化小,分别排序后再进行合并。时间复杂度是 O(nlogn)。

2. 归并排序的特点:

   优点:稳定,时间复杂度是O(nlogn)  (ps:所谓的稳定性是指在对元素A排序后,不会影响其他元素的相对位置。稳定的排序会将较早出现的元素排在前面而不是后面
   缺点:需要额外的数组开销,来存合并后的结果,再拷贝给原始数组
