前期准备--安装Tensorflow

安装Tensorflow

自动安装：

	pip install tensorflow  -i https://pypi.douban.com/simple
	速度最快的镜像 https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

	镜像站点汇总
	https://blog.csdn.net/qq_42830971/article/details/108119481

手动安装：

下载站点（下载符合当前电脑环境版本的，python版本和CPU与GPU之分）：
	https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/pypi/web/simple/tensorflow/

1. 将下载的whl文件放置在新建的project主目录中
2. pip install tensorflow-2.0.0rc1-cp37-cp37m-win_amd64.whl
3. 安装报错原因可能是需要外网访问下载配置文件
4. 可以尝试下载2.0.2或2.3.0版本安装
