Docker pull jenkins时报错Error response from daemon: Get "https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/": net/http: TLS handshake timeout

问题原因 ：

docker pull xxx该命令默认从docker远端镜像仓库(国外镜像仓库服务器)中拉取镜像，国内用户访问超时导致。

解决方案：

1，需使用国内镜像加速器，etc/docker/xxx.json配置加速器的镜像地址："registry-mirrors":["镜像地址"]

科大：https://docker.mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/

网易：https://hub-mirror.c.163.com/

阿里云：https://<你的ID>.mirror.aliyuncs.com

七牛云：https://reg-mirror.qiniu.com

阿里云镜像地址获取https://cr.console.aliyun.com/cn-hangzhou/instances/mirrors

2，配置完毕后重启docker：systemctl restart docker。
