AnyVault User Agreement

Effective Date: April 26, 2026

Welcome to AnyVault ("the App" or "Nawu"). This App is developed and operated by Wang Wenzheng ("Developer", "I", "me", or "my"). Please read this User Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the App.

By downloading, installing, or using AnyVault, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Nature of the Service and Local-First Principle

AnyVault is a "local-first" organization and tracking tool.

  • Local-First Architecture: The App prioritizes local storage. All entries, uploaded images, and structural data you create are stored exclusively on your device.
  • Hybrid AI Features: To provide advanced intelligence (such as AI Smart Build and RAG Search), the App may securely transmit necessary data to cloud-based AI models. This does not change the local-first nature of your primary database.
  • Data Security and Backup: Since your core data remains local, you are solely responsible for its safekeeping. The Developer assumes no legal responsibility for data loss due to device damage, uninstallation without backup, or loss of device.

2. AI Services (Beta)

The App now includes "AnyVault AI Assistant" features. By using these features, you agree to the following:

  • AI Smart Build (Text-to-Schema): When you use natural language to create forms, the text instructions (Prompts) you input will be sent to cloud AI providers to generate the structure.
  • AI Smart Search & Analysis (Local RAG): To provide intelligent answers based on your data, the system will retrieve relevant local records and send them as context to cloud AI providers.
    • Data Handling: Only necessary fragments of your data are uploaded. Data is de-identified where possible.
    • Privacy Assurance: Uploaded context is used only for real-time inference and will not be used for training underlying AI models. Data is retained only for the minimum time required for technical processing.
  • Service Quotas: AI features are subject to daily usage limits (Tokens/Quota). These limits vary between Free and Pro users.
  • AI Disclaimer: AI-generated content may be inaccurate or biased. The Developer is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI outputs.

3. Network Usage and Privacy

The App requires a network connection to:

  • Validate in-app purchases and subscription statuses.
  • Power AI functionalities (Prompt processing and RAG inference).
  • Retrieve real-time pricing and internationalization (i18n) updates.

For specific details on device permissions and third-party services, please refer to the [AnyVault Privacy Policy].

4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refund Policy

AnyVault offers premium features and AI service tiers via In-App Purchases (processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat).

  • AI Availability: AI services depend on third-party providers. The Developer reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or limit AI features due to maintenance, service provider interruptions, or policy changes.
  • Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: If you choose an auto-renewing subscription:
    • Billing: Your app store account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.
    • Renewal: The subscription automatically renews at the original price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off in your app store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
    • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Apple App Store or Google Play subscription management page. Uninstalling the App will not automatically cancel your subscription.
  • Refund Policy: Because payments are processed by Apple or Google, the Developer cannot process refunds directly. All refund requests must follow the official refund policies of the respective app store and be submitted directly to them.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  1. Use AI features to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  2. Reverse engineer the App or attempt to bypass AI quota systems.
  3. Use the App for any activity that violates local laws.
  4. Post, share, or transmit any objectionable, offensive, or infringing content (if sharing or export features are used). The Developer maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards objectionable content and abusive users, and reserves the right to immediately remove such content and suspend or terminate user access.

6. Intellectual Property

All ownership and intellectual property rights (source code, UI, AI interaction logic, and "AnyVault" branding) belong to Wang Wenzheng.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • "As Is" Basis: The App and its AI features are provided "as is."
  • Service Interruptions: The Developer is not liable for AI service interruptions caused by network issues or third-party AI provider failures.
  • Liability Limit: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages (including data loss or AI hallucination-related errors).

8. Platform-Specific Terms (Apple App Store)

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Acknowledgement: This Agreement is concluded between you and the Developer, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
  • Scope of License: The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms of Service.
  • Maintenance and Support: The Developer is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services.
  • Warranty: The Developer is solely responsible for any product warranties. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
  • Product Claims: You acknowledge that the Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims related to the App, including but not limited to product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection.
  • Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
  • Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Third-Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

9. Changes to the Agreement

As the App evolves, I may update this Agreement from time to time. I will notify you of any significant changes within the App or by updating the App Store description. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using and uninstall the App.

当您下载、安装或开始使用 AnyVault 时，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意接受本协议的全部条款。如果您不同意本协议的任何内容，请勿使用本应用。

1. 服务的性质与本地优先原则

AnyVault 是一款“本地优先”的效率与记录工具。

  • 本地存储架构：本应用核心设计为本地优先。您创建的所有条目、上传的图片及其他结构化数据均优先保存在您的当前设备本地。
  • 混合 AI 功能：为了提供 AI 智能构建和 RAG 检索等高级功能，应用会将必要的数据安全地传输至云端 AI 大模型进行运算。这不改变应用以本地存储为主的本质。
  • 数据安全与备份：由于核心数据存储在本地，您需要自行承担数据的保管责任。开发者对因设备损坏、卸载或丢失导致的数据丢失不承担法律责任。

2. AI 智能服务（Beta 版）

本应用现已上线“AnyVault AI 助理”相关功能。使用此类功能即表示您知晓并同意：

  • AI 智能构建 (Text-to-Schema)：当您使用自然语言描述创建表单时，系统会收集您输入的文本指令（Prompt）发送至云端 AI 服务商，以实现结构的自动生成。
  • AI 智能检索与分析 (本地 RAG)：当您触发模糊搜索或提问时，系统会检索本地相关记录，并将必要的记录片段作为上下文发送至云端 AI 模型进行推理。
    • 数据处理声明：仅发送实现功能所必需的数据。系统会对数据进行脱敏处理。
    • 隐私与安全：上传的上下文仅用于即时推理，不会用于 AI 模型的训练。数据仅在服务商端进行短期技术性留存，不会永久落地。
  • 服务配额限制：AI 功能设有每日调用次数限制（Token/额度）。免费用户与 Pro 用户拥有不同的额度配额。
  • AI 内容免责：AI 生成的内容可能存在偏差或错误，仅供参考。开发者不对您基于 AI 建议所做出的任何决策承担责任。

3. 联网说明与隐私

本应用在以下场景需要联网：

  • 验证应用内购买与订阅状态。
  • 提供 AI 智能服务（指令处理与 RAG 问答）。
  • 支持全应用的中英双语国际化（i18n）适配与实时更新。

有关第三方服务（如 RevenueCat 及 AI 供应商）的具体信息，请参阅 [AnyVault 隐私政策]。

4. 付费、订阅与退款规则

AnyVault 通过应用内购买（由 Apple/Google 平台及 RevenueCat 处理）提供高级功能和 AI 专项服务。

  • 服务可用性：AI 服务受第三方服务商稳定性影响。因网络波动或服务商策略调整导致的功能暂时中断，开发者将通过应用内公告等形式告知，并享有相关免责权利。
  • 自动续期订阅说明：如果您选择购买自动续期订阅服务：
    • 扣费：订阅费用将在您确认购买时从您的应用商店账户中扣除。
    • 续期：除非您在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时在应用商店的账户设置中关闭自动续期，否则订阅将自动按原价格和周期续订。
    • 取消：您可以随时通过 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 的订阅管理页面取消续订。卸载本应用不会自动取消您的订阅。
  • 退款政策：由于支付由苹果或谷歌等平台代为收取，开发者无法直接处理退款。所有的退款申请必须遵循您所使用的应用商店的官方退款政策，并直接向该应用商店发起退款请求。

5. 用户行为规范

您同意不会：

  1. 利用 AI 功能生成或传播非法、侵权或违背社会公序良俗的内容。
  2. 对本应用进行反向工程，或试图恶意破解 AI 额度限制。
  3. 利用本应用从事任何违法活动。
  4. 发布、分享或传播任何具有攻击性、侮辱性、侵权或违背公序良俗的内容（如涉及分享或导出功能）。本应用对违规内容及滥用行为采取“零容忍”政策，开发者保留立即删除相关内容并暂停或终止用户使用权限的权利。

6. 知识产权

AnyVault 的所有权、知识产权（包括但不限于源代码、UI 设计、AI 交互逻辑、图标等）均归开发者（王文正）所有。

7. 免责声明与责任限制

  • 按“现状”提供：本应用及其 AI 功能按“现状”提供，不承诺绝对的准确性或无故障运行。
  • 责任范围：在法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因使用 AI 功能导致的误导性后果、数据丢失或业务中断承担直接或间接责任。

8. 平台特定条款（Apple App Store）

如果您从 Apple App Store 下载本应用，您知晓并同意以下条款：

  • 双方确认：本协议是您与开发者之间达成的，而非与 Apple Inc.（以下简称“Apple”）达成。开发者（而非 Apple）对本应用及其内容承担全部责任。
  • 许可范围：授予您的许可仅限于非商业性、不可转让的许可，允许您在您拥有或控制的任何 Apple 品牌产品上使用本应用，并遵守 Apple 媒体服务条款中规定的使用规则。
  • 维护与支持：开发者独自负责为本应用提供维护和支持服务。Apple 不承担任何提供维护和支持服务的义务。
  • 质保与退款：开发者对本应用的所有质保条款（如有）承担全部责任。如果本应用未能符合任何适用质保，您可以通知 Apple 退还您的购买金额。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Apple 不承担任何其他质保义务。
  • 产品索赔：您知晓并同意，开发者（而非 Apple）负责处理与本应用相关的任何索赔，包括但不限于产品责任索赔、法律合规性索赔或消费者权益保护索赔。
  • 知识产权：若任何第三方声称本应用或您对本应用的使用侵犯了其知识产权，开发者（而非 Apple）将独自负责该知识产权侵权索赔的调查、抗辩、和解和处理。
  • 法律合规：您声明并保证：(i) 您所处的国家/地区不受美国政府禁运，或未被美国政府指定为“支持恐怖主义”的国家/地区；(ii) 您未被列入任何美国政府的禁止或限制方名单。
  • 第三方受益人：您知晓并同意，Apple 及其子公司是本协议的第三方受益人。一旦您接受本协议的条款 and 条件，Apple 将有权（并被视为已接受该权利）作为第三方受益人向您强制执行本协议。

9. 协议的变更

随着应用的迭代与发展，我可能会不时修改本协议。如果发生重大变更，我会在应用内或通过更新应用商店的说明来通知您。您继续使用本应用即视为您接受修改后的协议。如果您不同意修改后的条款，您应立即停止使用并卸载本应用。
