Wang Wenzheng ("Developer", "I", "me", or "my") is deeply committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how AnyVault ("the App") handles, accesses, uses, and protects your information, including local storage, cloud synchronization, and AI features.

AnyVault is built as a "local-first" organization tool. I firmly believe that your data belongs exclusively to you.

1. Data Collection, Storage, and Sync

  • Local Storage (Core Data): All data generated by the core features of AnyVault (including entries, text, tags, ratings, images, and custom fields) is stored exclusively locally on your device. The App does not upload, sync, or transmit your personal database to any developer-owned remote servers.
  • Cloud Synchronization (Optional): You may choose to enable iCloud Sync (on iOS devices) and Google Drive Sync (on Android devices) to back up and synchronize your data. This sync data is transmitted directly and securely to your personal, private iCloud container or Google Drive account. We do not operate any intermediate sync servers, and the Developer cannot access or view your synchronized databases.
  • No Account Registration: AnyVault does not require account registration. We do not collect or maintain user accounts.
  • Data Retention & Deletion: Since all data is stored locally (and optionally in your private cloud storage), you have complete control over it. You can delete records within the App at any time. Uninstalling AnyVault permanently erases all associated local data from your device.

2. AI Features and Cloud Processing

To provide AI-powered services (such as natural language assistance and smart search), certain data is processed via encrypted cloud transmission (HTTPS/SSL):

  • Text-to-Schema: The text instructions (Prompts) you input are sent to cloud-based AI models to generate template structures.
  • Smart Search & Analysis (Local RAG): The App extracts necessary snippets of your local records as context and sends them to cloud AI providers to generate responses.
  • Privacy & Data Safety: All cloud AI interactions are transient. AI API providers are contractually prohibited from using your transmitted data to train foundation models, and your data is not persistently stored on the cloud.
  • Service Terms & Limitations: Usage of AI features is subject to daily limits (Tokens/Quota) which vary between Free and Pro tiers. AI services depend on third-party availability; the Developer is not liable for service interruptions, delays, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

3. Speech-to-Text and Sensitive Permissions

To provide core functionalities, AnyVault may request the following device permissions. All data accessed is processed strictly locally or via secure system APIs:

  • Microphone and Speech Recognition: Used to record audio notes and utilize the speech-to-text feature.
    • Default Processing: By default, speech-to-text transcription is processed entirely locally on-device via native system speech APIs.
    • Optional Processing (Groq Whisper): You may optionally enable cloud-based transcription via the Groq Whisper API. If you choose to enable Groq Whisper, your audio recording is sent via encrypted transmission solely to transcribe the speech, and is not stored or used for model training.
  • Camera and Photos: Allows you to take photos or select images to enrich your entries. These images are saved locally; we do not upload them to any server.
  • Notifications: Allows the App to send you local reminders and updates regarding in-app purchases or subscriptions.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We never sell your data. The App does not contain advertising SDKs or third-party tracking/analytics software.

  • RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat collects anonymous App User IDs, purchase history, and basic device information (such as OS version) solely to validate your purchase status. No advertising tracking is involved. https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
  • AI Model Providers: Encrypted API calls are sent to industry-standard LLM providers to process AI requests.
  • Groq (Optional): Used only if you manually enable the Groq Whisper transcription feature.
  • Apple iCloud / Google Drive (Optional): Used only if you manually enable the cloud synchronization feature.

5. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

Because AnyVault utilizes a completely local storage mechanism and does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) on developer-owned servers:

  • You exercise your rights to access, rectify, port, restrict, or erase your data directly through the App interface or via your cloud sync provider (iCloud/Google Drive).
  • Since we do not maintain a database of users, we cannot access, retrieve, or delete your data for you.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

As AnyVault continues to evolve, I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If there are significant changes, I will notify you within the App.

AnyVault 是一款“本地优先”的效率与记录工具。我坚信您的数据只属于您自己。

1. 数据的收集、存储与同步

  • 本地存储（核心数据）： AnyVault 核心功能产生的所有数据（包括条目、文本、标签、评分、图片等）均仅存储在您的本地设备上。本应用不会将您的核心个人数据库上传、同步或传输到开发者拥有的任何远程服务器进行持久化存储。
  • 数据云端同步（可选）： 您可以选择开启 iCloud 同步（iOS 设备）和 Google Drive 同步（Android 设备），以备份和同步数据。同步的数据会加密直接传输并存储到您个人的私有 iCloud 容器或 Google Drive 私有账户中。我们不运行任何中间同步服务器，开发者无法访问或查看您的同步数据库。
  • 无需账号注册： 您无需注册或创建账号即可使用 AnyVault 的所有功能。我们不收集也不维护任何用户账号。
  • 数据保留与删除： 由于数据全部保存在本地（以及您的个人云盘中），您对数据拥有完全的控制权。您可随时在应用内删除记录。一旦从设备上卸载 AnyVault，所有相关的本地数据将被永久且彻底地清除。

2. AI 功能与云端数据处理

为了提供智能服务（如自然语言辅助与智能检索），特定操作涉及加密云端数据传输（HTTPS/SSL）：

  • 智能构建： 当您输入自然语言指令建立表单时，该文本会被发送至云端 AI 模型以生成结构化模板。
  • 智能检索与分析： 在您主动触发搜索或提问时，系统会从本地数据库提取必要的记录片段作为上下文发送至云端 AI 服务商进行推理。
  • 数据安全与隐私保障： 所有云端 AI 交互均为即时处理。AI 服务商被禁止将您发送的数据用于大模型训练，数据在推理完成后即刻释放，不会在云端持久化留存。
  • 服务条款与限制： AI 功能设有每日调用额度限制（Token/次数），免费用户与 Pro 用户配额不同。AI 服务质量受限于网络及第三方服务商，对于因外部 API 故障、网络延迟导致的服务中断，或 AI 生成内容的准确性问题，开发者不承担法律责任。

3. 语音转文字与敏感权限

为了提供核心功能，AnyVault 可能会请求以下敏感权限。所有获取的数据均仅在本地处理或通过系统安全 API 进行，绝不上传至我们的服务器，也不与任何第三方共享：

  • 麦克风与语音识别： 用于录制语音笔记以及使用语音转文字功能。
    • 默认处理： 默认情况下，语音转文字完全在本地通过系统原生 API 进行转译处理。
    • 可选处理（Groq Whisper）： 您可以选择开启云端 Groq Whisper API 听写功能。若您选择开启 Groq Whisper，语音文件将通过加密传输进行即时转写，该服务商不会持久化存储您的语音数据，亦不会用于模型训练。
  • 相机与相册权限： 允许您拍照或从相册选择图片用于记录。这些图片直接保存在设备本地，我们不会上传至任何服务器。
  • 通知权限： 允许我们向您发送本地提醒以及应用内购买或订阅的状态更新。

4. 第三方服务与数据分享

我们绝不出售您的数据，本应用也不包含任何广告 SDK 或第三方行为追踪分析工具。

  • RevenueCat： 用于管理应用内购买与订阅。RevenueCat 会收集匿名的应用用户 ID、购买历史和基本设备信息（如操作系统版本），仅用于验证您的购买状态和解锁高级功能，不用于广告追踪。 https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
  • AI 服务提供商： 我们通过加密 API 调用大模型。服务商被禁止将您发送的上下文用于其自身营销或模型改进/训练。

5. GDPR 与 CCPA 合规

由于 AnyVault 采用完全本地化的存储机制（支持同步至您个人的云端账号），且不在开发者拥有的服务器上收集个人身份信息（PII）：

  • 您可以直接通过应用界面（管理或删除本地条目和文件）或通过您的云同步服务商（iCloud/Google Drive）来行使访问、更正、携带、限制或删除您个人数据的权利。
  • 由于我们没有用户数据库，因此我们无法为您访问、检索或删除数据。

6. 儿童隐私

本应用不针对任何 13 岁以下的儿童。我们不会在知情的情况下收集任何儿童的个人身份信息。

7. 隐私政策的变更

随着 AnyVault 功能的不断进化，我可能会不时更新本隐私政策。如果发生重大变更，我会在应用内通知您。
