VertScrollBox不能滑动

一个FMX项目，用了VertScrollBox做界面，在Windows上，VertScrollBox正常，但编译成android则不能上下滑动。

耗费生命2小时，查到原因，原来VertScrollBox放置到Frame上，而运行期建立Frame时，没有为其指定Owner造成的。
