Windows平台监听服务无法启动报报TNS-12560 TNS-00530案例

 

在Windows Server 2012平台使用命令启动监听服务时遇到了TNS-12560 & TNS-00530错误。

TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

 TNS-00530: Protocol adapter error

 

 

 

 

在这个场景下，遇到这个错误是因为权限问题，Command Prompt必须以管理员权限运行，才能启动监听服务。当然引起TNS-12560或ORA-12560错误还有一些其他原因，此处只是记录这样一个案例。
