- Always respond to emails in less then 24 hours. Critical issues in less then 2 hours during regular work hours. For critical issues, respond initially to confirm receipt and that you are working on it or timeframe. This gives people an understanding that you acknowledge the emails and understand the situation and are responsive. Overcommunicating is the best method as the source of most frustration and things not working is lack of communication.
- Make sure your "Yes" means yes and your "No means no. Make sure responses to questions are complete to show full understanding of the issue. Responding with a Yes to a question that does not call for a Yes or No answer is not a valid response. The best way to respond to a question is to repeat back the question or paraphrase back the question the way you understand and can confirm your understanding of it. Don't say Yes if you mean you just listened/read but did not really understand. Americans consider a Yes as a Yes and will hold you to such statements and to your promises and commitments.
3.今天开始了新的项目 是关于海关的OA系统,这么说呢,我觉的国内的软件管理实在是太哪个了,连找个知道事情的人也太难了.呵呵,不说了,反正尽力做好.说实在话,中国除了外包的公司或者国外在中国的软件公司.别的真的做项目经理太难了.
