M1版Mac使用vs code翻车记录

半个月前，想写点东西于是我开始敲了以下命令
输入命令：dotnet ef migration add InitialCreate
预期结果：生成对应迁移文件
实际结果：

？？？这什么鬼，直接给我显示“No such file or directory”。

今天我又想玩玩，其实也不是今天，这半个月来我是不是心痒痒，但是一直没有解决。今天终于把它搞定了emo。
解决方案：
输入以下两行命令，意思大概是要把ef core作为解决方案安装在本地
