win10不能将文件拖到另外一个程序中去的解决办法

新建一个 aa.txt的文本文档：

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
 


[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]

"EnableLUA"=dword:00000000

将aa.txt 改名为 aa.REG,并双击运行该文档，重启电脑

 

检查：此时就可以把文件拖到其他的：比如pycharm里面去了，xshell里面去了
