[.Net] 解决 32位 Oracle.DataAccess 在 VS2022 IIS Express 下不兼容的问题

环境

Visual Studio 2022
Oracle.DataAccess.dll v4.121.2.0

错误信息

在 VS 中启动 IIS Express ，收到报错信息
Could not load file or assembly 'Oracle.DataAccess' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

解决

取消选项 Tools / Options / Web Projects / Use the 64 bit version of IIS Express for web sites and projects
