微软招聘SDE，SDET和PM(此职位为微软正式员工，非外包性质)
我来自北京的一家猎头公司，现在给微软的MBD部门招SDE工程师，SDET工程师和PM，请感兴趣的博友尽快申请，或者帮我推荐合适的人选。
目前一共有三种类型的职位，SDE，SDET和PM。SDE就是软件开发工程师，SDET就是软件开发测试工程师(相信了解微软的朋友都知道这个啦^_^)，目前SDET的职位最紧急。但要强调的是，微软的SDET是不同于单纯的测试职位，有90%是开发(基本可以看成是开发职位)，所谓的test，不过是对自己的代码进行自测或者review，所以以上三种职位都要求有很强的coding能力。
这些职位的最低要求是：3年以上C#或者windows平台上的C++开发经验(必须)，对于SDET职位，最好有过自动化测试经验或者full cycle的测试流程经验，英文好(至少在技术上的沟通太大没有问题)，如果是PM的职位，则要求更高。不接受应届毕业生的简历，谢谢合作。

Software Design Engineer in Test
Location: Beijing, China
The Microsoft Business Division in China is a dedicated Exchange product and service development group located in Beijing, China. MBD-China is an extension of Exchange core product development teams in Redmond. It provides development resources for Exchange Do-It-Yourself (formerly known as System Management) team in Exchange product unit, and promotes and manages Exchange core product remote development in China.
Building on the success of the patented Exchange 2007 Management console, the Exchange Do-It-Yourself team is at it again! We are set out to bring Exchange into datacenters and add large-scale hosting support where ease of use, scalability, extensibility and role-based access are main requirements for the management UI. In the upcoming version of Exchange, our goal is to double, triple, quadruple, and even ten-fold the 120 million loyal Exchange users worldwide. We are looking for SDETs (Software Design Engineer in Test) to help us ensure high quality of these features in our next generation Exchange. You'll be responsible for creating test plan with thorough test cases according to feature specifications to ensure every scenario works well for our customers, understanding real customer environment and requirements, being creative to manually find out hidden bugs/bad user experience in product, developing stable and effective test automations to prevent regression bugs in product, working closely with Dev to ensure the quality of every code change, doing code review for peers, participating in design/development of innovative test framework by using newest Microsoft .NET technology. The work also involves interaction with Dev team, PM team, other test teams and Redmond partner team to understand group's test process and methodologies to ensure timely resolution of problems.
Minimum qualifications include:
Passion for customers/software quality/new technology;
A keen desire and ability to break software;
3+ years object oriented developer experience and good Object Oriented Analysis/Design ability in C++.
Creativity in designing test cases;
Good problem solving skill;
Strong understanding of computer science concepts (Operating Systems and Data Structures);
A strong drive for results;
Self-motivated;
Ability to find out innovative way to write automation to verify features.
Able to decide Manual/Automation testing strategy, prioritize test cases after estimate the cost of work
Good written and oral English communication skills;
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
The following qualifications are a plus:
Prior testing experience and test tool development,
Good understanding of .NET framework,
Good understanding of XML and Schema,
Fluency in C# coding and design,
In depth understanding of the Windows Active Directory architecture,
Experience with Exchange server management / support.
