Errors running builder "Integrated External Tool Builder" on project

eclipse编译工程里，报如下错误：

Errors during build.
  Errors running builder 'Integrated External ToolBuilder' on project 'dataprocessor'.
  The file does not exist for the external toolnamed jspack.

处理：

On your project "project", right click ->Properties>Builders
Remove the missing builder
