3.事前衡量与事后衡量的概念
事后衡量,是measure结果,比如Cut Cost 4% to 2%
事前衡量,是对关键事务(80/20)的measure,比如Move to DCC
4.建立事前衡量步骤
a.identify WIG
b.找到WIG的80/20事务(方法:标杆;卓越标准;想象)
c.找到80/20事务对应的衡量方法
5.scorecard的作用
最好的例子是网游,具有详尽而生动的计分牌
6.当事后衡量标准无法符合SMART原则时,可以使用事前原则作为Goal
比如,提高英语水平,这个Goal很难符合SMART,可以改为如“每天学1小时英语”之类的事前衡量标准
