要素一:专注于至关重要目标(WIG, Wildly Important Goal)

要素二:以事前衡量引领行动

要素三:建立激励人心的记分牌

要素四:建立定期责任汇报机制

  • Act on the Lead Measures. Identify key actions that help goal accomplishment.
  • Keep A Compelling Scorecard. Track key measures of success.
  • Create a Cadence of Accountability. Build an individual planning-and-accounting system to get the most important work done.

3.事前衡量与事后衡量的概念

事后衡量,是measure结果,比如Cut Cost 4% to 2%

事前衡量,是对关键事务(80/20)measure,比如Move to DCC

 

4.建立事前衡量步骤

a.identify WIG

b.找到WIG80/20事务(方法:标杆;卓越标准;想象)

c.找到80/20事务对应的衡量方法

 

5.scorecard的作用

最好的例子是网游,具有详尽而生动的计分牌

 

6.当事后衡量标准无法符合SMART原则时,可以使用事前原则作为Goal

比如,提高英语水平,这个Goal很难符合SMART,可以改为如“每天学1小时英语”之类的事前衡量标准
