如何将表数据生成脚本

稍微修改了一下，Sql 2000下面运行通过
  有如下表：

  ID         Name           Value  
  1           A                   50  
  2           B                   60  
  3           C                   70  
  4           D                   80  
   
  有没有工具或者方法将表的数据生成以下脚本：
