laravel报错：The /var/www/example-app/bootstrap/cache directory must be present and writable.

背景：

手动删除了laravel根目录bootstrap文件夹下的cache文件夹，通过浏览器访问的时候，报错：The /var/www/example-app/bootstrap/cache directory must be present and writable.

 

解决：

手动创建cache文件夹，接着执行 php artisan config:cache
