java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.springframework.web.filter.CharacterEncodingFilter

解决方案:

### 查看包

tomcat 8.5版本只支持web 3.x ,目前只有tomcat 9.0 版本支持 4.0 这里需要注意..

如果还会出错,需要看WEB-INF/lib 中是否将jar包加入了
