ajaxFileUpload上传文件和表单数据

如上一篇文章所述，formdata并不是在每种浏览器下都支持，所以有时候还是得用传统的方式来上传，及通过在页面中添加iframe的方式，现成的有个ajaxFileUpload.js的组件可以使用，但是这个组件有很多缺陷的地方，暂时我还没有找到一个比较完善的版本,参考和下载地址：http://www.phpletter.com/Our-Projects/AjaxFileUpload/，或者：http://files.cnblogs.com/jackhuclan/AjaxFileUploaderV2.1.zip

ajax调用如下：

有几个地方做了改变，一是：jQuery('<input type="hidden" name="' + data[i].name + '" value="' + data[i].value + '" />').appendTo(form);
二是：对uploadHttpData方法的出来，如果返回的dataType处理不对的话，将不能成功调用回调方法success。

求ajaxFileUpload的完善版本，官方的不太完善，需要在遇到问题的时候自行改动！
