MSCRM4.0中添加工具栏按钮

1.开启自定义按钮功能
打开CRM，在左边导航栏双击
Settings --> System Settings --> Customization选项卡会看到Custom menus and toolbar这一栏
点击文本框后面的Select or change the value for this field按钮，弹出对话框
有三项可供选择：
Web Application
Outlook
Outlook Offline
根据需要选择以上三项
点击OK按钮
在CRM4.0中以客户为例，在客户表单的工具栏中可看到asdf、Test、Web Only等几个自定义按钮
这表示自定义按钮功能开启成功
2.下载customization.xml文件
Settings --> Customization --> Export Customizations
在列表中找到ISV Config，选中并点击Export Selected Customizations
弹出对话框，点击OK，再弹出对话框，点击保存
3.打开customization.xml文件
建议用Altova XMLSpy专业编辑工具打开此文件
在打开此文件前现做好备份
打开文件后
找到<!-- Custom Entities -->
在后面接着添加自定义实体名称及工具栏按钮，如下：

4.保存customization.xml文件并上传
Ctrl+S后F7，检查格式是否良好
检查格式通过后，将文件上传到CRM
Settings --> Customization --> Inport Customizations
文件上传成功后，到new_questionnaire实体的工具栏检查按钮是否添加成功
是否能弹出http://www.baidu.com/，弹出的窗口可以改变大小，在window.open();中添加参数
注意：弹出窗口在此有三种模式
window.open();  WinMode="0"
window.showModalDialog(); WinMode="1"
window.showModelessDialog(); WinMode="3"
根据实际需求选择合适的模式
