在Centos中安装.net core SDK

尽量使用第一种方法，这也是官方推荐的方式；

第二种方法安装后必须要配置环境变量，如果配置有误，会比较麻烦。

比如，常见错误：

Could not execute because the specified command or file was not found.
Possible reasons for this include:
  * You misspelled a built-in dotnet command.
  * You intended to execute a .NET program, but dotnet-xyz does not exist.
  * You intended to run a global tool, but a dotnet-prefixed executable with this name could not be found on the PATH.
