system root权限启动mt_hls:

注:非root权限的进程,即当前进程无法获取ROOT权限,只能su赋予新独立进程root权限。jni层若果需要root权限,没有办法直接调用。

 

ioctl 操作驱动文件不需要root权限,但驱动文件必须有可操作权限。
