<mvc:resources mapping="/resources/**" location="/resources/mytheme/" />注意location是Webroot目录下面的文件夹
则
<link href="${pageContext.request.contextPath}/resources/css/main.css" rel="stylesheet" >
需要在映射目录前面加上工程名称
