1.在IDE中编写Flink代码，查看Web UI，从而来了解Flink程序的运行情况

  1.  <dependency>
     <groupId>org.apache.flink</groupId>
     <artifactId>flink-runtime-web</artifactId>
     <version>${flink.version}</version>

    </dependency>

    Configuration configuration = new Configuration();
    StreamExecutionEnvironment env = StreamExecutionEnvironment.createLocalEnvironmentWithWebUI(configuration);

3.访问 http://localhost:8081
