throw new OAException执行了，却没有正常抛出异常！

try {
            if ("E".equals(returnStatus)) {
                throw new OAException(returnMessage, OAException.ERROR);
            }
        }
        catch (Exception localException2) {

        } finally {
            try {
                if (callablestatement != null)
                    callablestatement.close();
            } catch (Exception localException4) {
            }
        }

 

由于OAException是 Exception的一个子类，在throw new OAException会去先创建异常，然后就往catch里面走了，所以根本不会抛出异常。
