In 2003, Master Concept established headquarter in Hong Kong. Our goal was dedicated to service the content management needs of the small to midsize business segment. This group serves as a value-added reseller of EMC Documentum products and services to businesses with annual revenues over $10 million. In 2006, Master Concept become the top reseller of content management solution in EMC2.With this addition, Master Concept is now right-sized to service the content management needs of any sized organization.
In 2007, Master Concept entered into a partnership with different vendors arcoss our core business - Kofax scanning solution, Infographics Universal viewers solution and Webmethos Business Process Management solution. With this partnership Master Concept expands our presence in ASEAN countries including Singapore and Malaysia.
In 2008, Master Concept partnered with Progress Software and deliver prestige real time business process management for our clients. As a group, our revenue boost up to $24 million and our clients are coming from different industries, including oil and gas, defence force, and Logistic area. From these industries, we continue to strengthen our architects' experience on ECM area.
