CentOS7的SCL源已停止维护。 若scl源里面默认使用了centos官方的地址，则无法连接，所以需要替换为阿里云或清华云等其他镜像地址。

更新/etc/yum.repo.d/文件夹中以下三个文件

将仓库地址http://mirror.centos.org
修改为https://mirrors.aliyun.com

  1. CentOS-SCLo-scl.repo文件修改
    image
  2. CentOS-SCLo-scl-rh.repo文件修改
    image
  3. CentOS7-ctyun.repo文件替换为一下内容

  1. 修改之后，清除缓存
    yum clean all

  2. 更新缓存
    yum makecache
