解决方法：

Copy this file "Microsoft.SqlServer.Sqm.dll" in the forder

  "C:/Program Files/Microsoft SQL Server/100/Shared"

to

  "C:/Program Files/Microsoft SQL Server/100/Tools/Binn/VSShell/Common7/IDE" and

  "C:/Program Files (x86)/Microsoft SQL Server/100/Tools/Binn/VSShell/Common7/IDE"
