一：SVN使用代理服务器

目录：C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Subversion

修改文件：servers

#http-proxy-host = 

#http-proxy-port =

#http-proxy-username=

#http-proxy-password = 

 

二、重新定位SVNRepository地址

      项目目录-->TortoiseSVN-->Relocate
