Win10安装ArcGIS 10.8时报错需要 Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redist 14.22.27821或更高版本的问题

Win10 x64 安装 ArcGIS 10.8，运行Setup.exe时，总是报错需要 Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redist 14.22.27821或更高版本

从 Microsoft 官网下载：https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads 

• x86: vc_redist.x86.exe

• x64: vc_redist.x64.exe

最初我只安装了x64的，后来再下载安装 x86 的后，重新安装问题解决，实际只需要安装X86
