In notepad++ which is column edit support, and column paste as well.

Select your desired column in column mode by ‘alt + shift + arrow’ or ‘ alt + mouse select’. Then copy or cut it shown on below figure.

editplus列粘贴 alt+c选择列，再ctrl+shift+v列粘贴或者EDIT-Clipboard-paste as column
