vscode 远程连接下载失败解决

解决方案（1.95.3版本为例）

1. On the server, we can try:
   
     wget https://update.code.visualstudio.com/commit:f1a4fb101478ce6ec82fe9627c43efbf9e98c813/cli-alpine-x64/stable -O vscode-cli-f1a4fb101478ce6ec82fe9627c43efbf9e98c813.tar.gz

2. we place the downloaded file in the directory: ~/.vscode-server/
   1. 　　

              mv vscode-cli-f1a4fb101478ce6ec82fe9627c43efbf9e98c813.tar.gz ~/.vscode-server/

       
3. set
   1. 　　

      cd ~/.vscode-server/
      tar -xzf vscode-cli-f1a4fb101478ce6ec82fe9627c43efbf9e98c813.tar.gz
      touch vscode-cli-f1a4fb101478ce6ec82fe9627c43efbf9e98c813.tar.gz.done

Solution 2: Change Download Method

　　In VS Code settings, add this to your settings.json:

  　　"remote.SSH.allowLocalServerDownload": true,
  　　"remote.SSH.enableDynamicForwarding": false
　　}

1. Open VS Code Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P)

2. Run: Remote-SSH: Settings
