先启动服务端,再启动客户端!!!!

1.TCP 基本实现

客户端

  • 连接服务器 Socket
  • 发送消息

Tomcat乱码: conf\logging.properties 把UTF-8改为GBK

服务端

  • 自定义 S

  • 自定义 C
  • 浏览器 B

UDP

发短信:不用连接,需要知道对方的地址
