Status : Failure -Test failed: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection解决办法：

启动监听器时[oracle@localhost ~]$lsntctl start  出现The listener supports no services

Linux命令行运行  [oracle@localhost bin]$ netmgr  打开Oracle Net Manager,添加Database Service ,name设置为ORCL即可

完成后重新启动监听，再重新连接，问题解决。
