Goals/Mission
To support the Business Development team in analyzing the actual business and development of the future business, in the development of the business strategy for the long-term safety device and the development of the business in existing and new markets..

Tasks
•To active co-design the business strategy
•To analyze from trends to the definition of priorities for innovation and growth
•To analyze the developments in the market, customer and competitor
•To localize of strategic business opportunities
•To dress business cases
•To monitor the business strategy

Knowledge/Languages: Excellent English, German advantageous

Other Requirements:
•professional knowledge of own market segment and competitors
•professional knowledge of portfolio of the organization units
•knowledge of marketing tools
•knowledge of strategy and planning methods
•experience in the industry field
•leadership experience is preferred
•good communication skills
•high sense of responsibility and confidentiality
•students in Master study preferred (for more time available)
